Mike, my only two "real" emotions for years were anger and frustration. I'm a type 3 enneagram, which means I'm most removed from my feeling center. Once I got in touch with it, thought, with God's help I made rapid progress. Unfortunately by then it took a toll on my family. Tell Susan hi and we'll chat more later.
That duo is very common... in such cases the frustration usually serves as the catalyst for the anger. It says a lot about you that you were willing to own and address it and take on the work that allowed you to get beyond it.
